Tartine 3 ways

A tartine for every palette...sweety, savory & spicy combinations with cheese & condiments.
Ingredients:
- 3 slices of sourdough
- 30 g of fresh cream cheese, 30 g of chevre and 30 g of burrata
from The Spotted Cow - 20 g Mango Jalapeno Preserve, 20 g of Fig Almond Conserve,
15 g of Aglio-E-Olio Sauce from The Gourmet Jar - Few basil leaves and rosemary leaves to garnish
Instructions:
- Toast the slices of sourdough with a drizzle of olive oil in a pan until crispy.
- Spread cream cheese on one slice, chevre on another and burrata on the last.
- Top of cream cheese slice with TGJ Mango Jalapeno Preserve and garnish it with basil leaves.
- Top of chevre slice with TGJ Fig Almond Conserve and garnish it with rosemary leaves.
- Top of burrata with TGJ Aglio-E-Olio Sauce.
